I'm such a dumbass. I pay my rent through my bank's bill pay and I had it set to come out every 4 weeks. Well in August I got paid 3 times and forgot to adjust, opened my account and shyt was negative like a hoe.
Luckily, I had JUST replenished my emergecny fund so I didn't incur any over drafts but by the time I used my menial savings to cover the rent check and all the other bills that were outstanding, I was left with .05 in savings LMMFAO!! Fuuuuuuccckkk!! I was so pumped too because I had a series of of financial set backs over the summer and I had gotten my savings built back up and now I have to start over again.
At least October rent is paid, just a little earlier than usual and I won't have to take out rent from my next check so that can go back to savings.

Can you set it to come out on a certain day of every month rather than every 4 weeks?
it does.
Not really because I have to keep the day I get paid in mind and I typically send the rent check out on the 2nd pay of the month. It's a lot easier to say every 4 weeks which automatically is scheduled around my pay period than a specific day of the month which could be before or after my pay date if that makes sense.
The system works well, I just need to account for the 2 months out the year that I will get 3 paychecks and I didn't that this time.

I just checked my credit score about I am back above 700...actually 724. My score took a big hit cause we were applying for all them loans but its back and I am happy.
