Filling out these custody papers, this process is very confusing, purposely so I’m sure.
Other parent runs his mouth about everything but our kid, proclaimed tonight that he’s talking to someone and tells me about them-but I’ve been asking for weeks when is he removing the rest of his stuff from my home, talking just the week before about how he loves me and hopes to try again.
I told him multiple times to return my keys, make sure his change of address is processed and stop dropping by unannounced= “you being controlling
mad cause I don’t want be with you and haven’t for almost a year.” Somehow though every time I asked him to leave turned to threats to take our son and long speeches about loving me, I really ain’t one for the back and forth but he’s always one to take digs and provoke any way he can. Even ignoring him prompts yelling and more shyt talking, audio message, text, whatever. It would be almost funny and an easy block if it wasn’t my son whom I love more than life itself.
All that to say when we get to this court won’t be anything to argue about I tried the civil route after he specifically asked me not to and still got the nerve to pop shyt. Choose better brehettes

Filing is on pause -*for now* but the paperwork is filled out. He’s been on completely different energy, had our son yesterday and we seem to be “coparenting.” Like I said for now, taking it a day at a time and def not gonna let him stress me out. My son is good and happy and enjoys his time with him.
I’m glad to hear that things are calming down a bit and ultimately once your son is good that’s the main thing.

I can tell my mom wants me to take my son’s father back even though she knows the most about what he’s done and said to me. Always going to”give him the benefit of the doubt”
Uh, his actions were a direct reflection of how he feels/didnt about me, why would you want to see your own child mistreated by their partner especially if they share a child
