Do you do nasal irrigation? In my experience, its fukking wonderful

I have all the stuff to do it...I just can't do it. Every time I try I freak out like i'm swimming and breath in like an idiot.

I was scared at first too. And it seems kind of unnatural. But you're using natural products which is why im for it. I dont know what to tell you girl, man up

But it may not even work for you or work as well. So find what works and stick with it

Your right I need to man up. I probably wouldn't be having half these problems. I am going to go and put it all on the counter and stare at it. I'll let you know what happens.

@muse I did it! I was singing Tevin Campbell's "I'm ready" in my head Almost drowned the first try tearing up like a punk. But I went through with it. My nose feels so clean and I can breath through it. Too bad I already have congestion...TMI?

i fukking hate my cat
She takes up all the space on my bed, and now she HAS to sleep on my body. When i move her she whines and tries 5 more times. Just a few days ago the ho bit me cuz i moved her off MY BODY

Cause I been trying to find one here for the last year. They think I'm speaking some foreign language when I ask about them at stores.

Does it really help that much? I be having crippling sinus problems/infections/etc

I was real skeptical. If i didnt experience it i wouldnt believe it and it was my last resort. I dont even use a neti pot, first time i took apart a pen and used that . Blew my nose and could finally breathe. Went back to sleep, woke up and was so happy. My colds hardly get to the next day if i use it immediately. But its different for everyone
