I was real skeptical. If i didnt experience it i wouldnt believe it and it was my last resort. I dont even use a neti pot, first time i took apart a pen and used that . Blew my nose and could finally breathe. Went back to sleep, woke up and was so happy. My colds hardly get to the next day if i use it immediately. But its different for everyone

People get innovative when they desperate. I just basically used it as a straw, filled it up with warm salt water, and put it in my nose. Voila

On a positive note, I can breathe again. By the time Monday comes I won't be sick no mo.

My nieces be doing the most they give their father such a hard time and he's such a sucka. I'm proud of my brother. But they gave me a good damn headache I need some wine. Their mother is such an effortless mom, like everything comes second nature to her. If I ever adopt kids I'd want to be like her. They're such good parents though.
