2 days left of this wall sit challenge and I'm pretty happy the girl and I haven't missed a day. Tomorrow is 2 min 45 seconds and the last day is 3 mins. We find that if we talk to each other or bytch about work, time goes by faster.

We've been using walls in the stairwell and you should see the looks we get from people. It's been fun though. I'm going to try the plank challenge on my own.
