I have one and it's not half bad...IDK if they remodeled it or not but i had issues getting the back of my head steamed properly :-\

I only use it once a month when I DC and it works wonderfully. My hair feels like butter after I'm done steaming. It's worth the money imo but there are better models out there

Didn't really use the face steamer lol I think I lost it a week after opening the box I said go ahead and get it! If you don't like it just send it back
