It's really not that expensive to eat healthy, you don't gotta buy from Wholefoods and Trader Joes or even organic shyt. I just get normal produce and soak em in lemon juice wash for about an hr in the sink and it cleans them. Eating healthy means you eat less and spend less on food. But it's a lifestyle for me, I dunno if it's different for everyone else. :skip:

Have u tried birth control?. That can seriously help with pain and w/draw having a cycle every month. I been there and know exactly how you feel.
