Im all my friends go to person when they need help or advice. Well one of my close friends works at the post office has been since February. well she works 7 days a week, seriously no off days, she had 130 hrs on her check, so her check was wonderful, but she wants to know what should she do. My go to answer...nobody knows ur situation better than u, only u can decide. Shes like whats the point of making all this money if she cant enjoy it, and I feel her. I just dont know how to help. Only thing I could suggest was whistle blowing because not having any off days is illegal, but apparently theyve been getting away with it for years cuz theyre the post office. They have a contract with amazon so now they do deliveries on sundays. I dont wanna suggest quitting but it seems like thats what she wants to hear. She doesnt have children, so shes not neglecting anyone, she just wants a life outside the post office.
It has it's moments...and it's an adjustment.
