New month i feel great

Decided im ready to transition over to the weights full time (morning workouts and then afternoon cardio when im in the mood). Started today with a decent back workout

I would like to see 200 by the end of the month, my biggest goal is being strict on not eating out.

Bday towards the end of next month I gotta put on for the gram :lolbron:

Target is 185-180, the grind continues

I been drinking too much lately (Curse you Monday Night Brewing for creating such good beer). I need to tighten up on the diet overall, cut out the fried foods and the weekend blue moon pizza :snoop:

Still been sticking to the gym routine. I got in there on Sunday and started this week early. Knocked out Back day 1, and did chest this am.

Proud of dropping those 55 lbs. But now its time to clean up the diet (alcohol, sugar and fried foods)

Summer is right around the corner, I need to be ready.

Knocked out chest/shoulders today with some ab work thrown in :yes:

Haven't made a post in here in 7 years :huhldup:

Well after having a kid and being locked in the house due to the 'rona i blew up to 242 lbs :flabbynsick: as of late march


Made a legit commitment to myself that this had to change so ive been doing 3 mile runs outside (weather permitting) and slowing getting back into the gym.

Today im down to 220 lbs :ld: feeling much better mentally and physically

Going to do better about keeping this updated as I continue to work this weight off

This is me right now, minus the kid :to:

Stepped on the scale last week and it said 94kg (207lbs). I was 82kg (180lbs) in March 2020 and in amazing shape :snoop:


My goal is to get back there by March this year. I can't exit my 20's looking and feeling like this:flabbynsick:. I'm also high key dreading the day they ask us to go back to the office. Will need an entire new work-wardrobe if I had to go back today :sadcam:


I know I've got it in me because 5 years ago, I went from 97kg to 80kg at one point. Just need to get back into that disciplined frame of mind with regard to excercise and more importantly diet.

Went for two runs this week (both 6km) and bought some dumbells for use at home in addition to my pull-up bar.

Thanks for the motivation man and well done on the crazy progress you've made since posting this. Hopefully I can post something similar in a few months:salute:

Took a 4 day break at the end of last week to rest up (and the snow :stopitslime:)

Just wrapped up chest/shoulders today I'm feeling really good.

Abs really starting to show up

Doc appt next week to make sure everything is A1
