That NY Post article was written by Mac Berman. People really taking what Berman & Broussard are saying as truth. And quick question, where is this footage of the "on court altercation" between Melo & THJR??? Somebody somewhere would've pulled it up by now.

denial is a mothafukka, friend. of course melo's not gonna confirm that.

personally, i feel it doesn't take a genius to figure out that all melo wanted was that $129MM with the 5th year...that's it. not all this "what i've built", "the process", "i don't run from adversity". he just wanted to get paid & congrats to him. now, if we could get a trade for him, i'd be very happy with that because it'll accomplish what i wanted since the summer + we'd actually get something in return.

So yall running with any negative thing that any reporter is throwing out against Melo to fuel yall agenda of getting rid of him? Got it, cool.

It is kind of a non-story though. I think we all assumed he'd consider waiving it if the Knicks could move him to the Lakers. He's not waving it to go to Memphis or Portland though lol. It's a tough spot for the Knicks- their best (arguable) asset only wants to play for a team in a big market and he already turned down one of those teams.

Called it. This is at most a Kobe'esque move to try to motivate the knicks to change the roster now. I mean lets ignore the fact that Berman and brousard (along with Isola) are usually the guys making shyt up because they lack real access to the players

as i said in my first post about it - "IF TRUE". how do you know it's not true...and why wouldn't it be true anyway? like i said, let's be real about it.

put the knick hat away for a second, think about the long-term, think about what you've seen from melo thus far & what you are likely to see over the course of the next four years....and think about what you are likely to get in return for him.

that's all i'm saying.

Who cares if Tim and melo got into an argument muthafukkas r 4 - 20 I hope there is beef if everything was sweet and cool then we would have a problem when you are 4 and 20 on a team where everybody is selfish offensive player(Dalmbert, Jason Smith, JR Smith, Amare,Melo, Tim Jr, Shumpert) I mean goddamn there will be some issues.

but Tim needs to chill because he got into it with Pablo last yr and cursed him out, and Metta was about to slap his top off last yr also

Knicks aren't going to make any moves that's going to affect the cap, the only person I could see them moving is Calderon. Everybody else is coming off the books with the exception of Hardaway & Early.

Isola doesn't make shyt up he calls it how he sees it but Isola doesn't make shyt up and he even is killing Broussard and Berman for there articles

Now the fanatic knick fans will see what every san knick fan could. Shoulda never pickup Amare..Gave up too much for Melo. Will forever lose with "3 offfensive move" JR Smith on the roster. And Dolan is still owner

This team is not far away from competing. If the Knocks draft Okafor, then sign Horford and role players in 2016(Kidd Gilchrist; Javale McGee, and Nene) in 2016, the Knicks will be back to being a 50+ win team.

Nobodies taking Melos contract his best days are behind him with all the minutes he's logged and years he's played he's an old 30

That's not even taking into consideration how hard it is to fit a team around him and his bully management team who wants to hold franchises hostage.

idk man, if it was all about space the knicks wouldn't have traded tyson for calderon and filler to begin with. JR has a player option worth 6 million, and as up and down as he is offensively the triangle is messing with his production. That's why they are going to try to move him. Team could use another scorer. As for Timmy arguably he is the knicks best movable asset (can score, heats up quick, on rookie deal with 2 more years) and he can't pass or defend which under normal situations would limit his minutes (like fisher did until shump fell completely off). Then if there is any truth to him arguing with Melo thats all the more reason to move him.

I think the knicks are going to make some moves once Dec 15th passes to improve the roster in preparation for next year (no reason to stop tanking now). Once they can add guys like jason smith, and dalembert for matching salary purposes. The odds of a Max cat coming to the knicks who actually deserves a full Max in FA are low. Add in the losing streak, the empty roster, and them losing a 5th guaranteed year, and the knicks need to be open to other ways of improving. The knicks need to keep space open obviously, but space for the purpose of space is pointless. The knicks will end up just overpaying people like they did in 2010.

Y'all boys is wilding. You get rid of Melo were gonna suck for 5+ years. I know some of you weak stomach sissys can't take that. Melo is our guy like it or not
No one on this roster is above being traded this team has lost more games than any other in the league. I'm not saying I want to trade Melo, but if we could get an equal return, which seems unlikely, then I would do it.:manny:
