Rachel has the best design and one of my favourite back stories, she is such a tragic character that still tries to find hope in the world.
It's a shame she's not written consistently anymore.
Excalibur has to be one of my favourite comic runs besides X-Men 150-200 Claremont.
All of the team shined, classic stuff.
Rogue was really helped by Mike Carey in X-Men Legacy.
Cyclops has always been a top character.

but I was always a big fan of Gambit. Not used in the movies at all despite probably being the second coolest mutant next to Wolverine. Plus he had the New Orleans lingo...
i thought Icemans powers were dope too but they made had to make him gay... still dope though
Colossus was cool. I used to get called Beast from xmen in HS because I was strong, fast, with a beard, a lot of hair, and glasses

Rogue and Storm were the sexiest. Jean and Cyclops was annoying trash

You only think that because of his portrayal in the movies and tv show. He's better in the comics, but I see why most people don't like him even then. He's kind-off generic compared to everyone else on the team. He was my favorite member as a kid because I thought his costume was cool. Plus, having heat vision you can't turn off is pretty wild for a superpower.
