Some dudes on this site swore up and down that we wouldn’t go back to the cable model again, yet we’re essentially already there

The only thing that really hasn’t kicked in yet and it’s coming is those steamers going full throttle in trying to lock in customers long term a la cable.

As long we have choices we'll never be back at cable, my parents still have cable for some godforsaken reason, $180 a month. But I will agree these streaming fuks are getting sneaky.
