He didn’t refuse. He gave him an offer that was heavily incentivize based off how far he goes in the postseason. He could’ve either been top 5 paid or middle of the pack based on the success of the rockets. I had no issue with him not receiving A contract. Just stop it. Anyone who’s actually watched basketball this year can see that East is clearly better this year. The clippers, rockets, nuggets, and jazz all have been smoked by upper echelon teams in east this year.
