I will say, people acting like Spurs got OKC's number need to slow down.

the 2024 PHX suns swept the regular season series against the timberwolves 4-0 and then got swept by the timberwolves in the playoffs.

Who cares what the suns did with the timberwolves tho?

These last two games have been meaningful basketball for both the spurs and OKC, I can't speak to whether the suns or wolves gave a fukk about their regular season matchups like that

Wemby openly challenged SGA for best player in the league

Cracked them nikkas in the in-season game

And you know OKC was looking for revenge tonight and still got packed up with wemby and fox playing pretty low-key, they lost to Castle and the role players if this happens again on Christmas the thunder gonna look crazy and it's just gonna add to Wemby's lore



Coop may have just sparked that same level of competition with the nuggets tonight too boy was barking on Joker

OKC fears Vic at the rim. It disrupts everything they do. They are a drive layup or drive and kick for open 3s team with Shai commanding double teams in the midrange. All that is finished with 7’6” at the rim. Tonight and last week they turned into a contested long two point team. Cant even get downhill to get to the free throw line.

I'm not concerned. Too many jump shots. They need to cut more and get downhill. Dort and IHart with the dumb constant fouls which led to points. Dort with the dumb 6 point swing killing momentum. Just completely undisciplined this game. Also SAS is taking advantage of the constant reaching. Constant swiping at the ball puts you out of position if you miss.

Those Dub minutes without Shai were really bad. Dub seriously needs to work on his handle. Too much dribbling and going nowhere. Hopefully Ajay is back and Dub can go off-ball. On to Christmas Day.

He was never that good but he's also not this bad, coming off hand injury, I think he will be fine eventually

Let’s not forget tho, up until game 5 of the Finals the consensus was he should be shipped to Wisconsin (if they lose) lol

Dude was mostly trash in the playoffs, retroactively excused bc of the wrist injury reveal… yet mostly trash the post season before too and the main reason they lost to Dallas. He struggles to create in the half court and isn’t that good of a PnR manipulator.
