in trying to ensure he has a career where he doesnt miss a lot of games, the spurs have implemented a plan in which he misses a lot of games

Is it coddling when the player themselves want to be out there? If the boss said nah, not against the grizzlies, it is what it is fox cant have 9pts in 30 mins nor Barnes 2pts in 20 minutes, game shouldn't of been close. Im cool with them being strict with his return protocol, we aint even hit the all star break yet. Those guys been slipping a bit lately.


It may seem like a frustrating move now but i can understand wanting to keep those other guys on their toes, they gonna go home and think about hooper better regardless if Wemby out there or not. If Pop was there people woulda called it discipline and moved on.
