Well that’s his dumbass fault for trying to involve the Rock to begin with.
He know that man don’t fukk with him but he needed hype.
If he wanted the Rock then he should’ve known to take a backseat and let the Rock cook.

The Rock could’ve did it for the fans though.
We don’t care about that BTS shyt.
Just give us a good show.
Well the Rock involved himself. We can't possibly still be debating that right?:mjlol:

And another answer I hate is “well Rock wanted to turn Cody heel”

That wasn’t even a good idea neither bro

the rock would have celebrated with heel Cody on the night of his turn and would never be back again…. And triple h would have fumbled with that storyline too

All bad ideas from EVERYONE

Yeah but he’s not the boss of TKO.
He can’t just fire Triple H or he probably would’ve by now.
So it makes sense that he would rather Triple H look bad then he can take control.
It would stupid to fire HHH. He's proven himself when booking for NXT and after Vince left that he knows what he is.

Rock knows that there's no one in tko who has the wrestling knowledge and booking capability of HHH. And deep down Rock knows he himself is not dedicated to wrestling and hasn't been for over 25 yrs since he went Hollywood

Patterson, Briscoe and most of the old time lifer agents are gone. So now you're left with a bunch of tko employees who are likely college grad writers with no ties or interest to wrestling or understanding how to write storylines or how to interact with the boys and girls in the locker room

I think the Rock just got busy lol

I don’t really think there’s some deep analysis to be had. nikka probably overpromised but then landed other obligations he had to do
See. Here y'all go.

So you mean in the course of a 7 day week, Rock doesn't have 5 min to film a "via satellite" promo?

Nobody in the world is that busy.

My nikka Larry always with the most simplified answer that’s also logical

He probably got busy and prioritized what’s more important to him

Instead we get conspiracy theories from all angles

I don’t even go along with the angle where dudes say rock and hhh got beef…. Rock got so much power he could decide to step back from acting and completely take over wwe and make triple h step down….or just decide someone from his family should do all the booking

And TKO would be like bet

I see it is

Rock gave ideas and said he would be there. Wwe put all their eggs in one basket. Rock got busy and pulled out. Wwe creative team got exposed for not being prepared or having back up plans.

That’s it. But everyone is at fault.

Man and after the third via satellite we would be complaining on how boring it’s getting

If he can’t be there in person then he made the right move to back out

Nah I think Rock’s ego got bruised and he took his ball and went home. First by the fans by rejecting him when he tried to strong arm himself into a match with Roman at the expense of Cody. Then this year his creative was stonewalled by HHH/Cody. I think Rock realized that he doesn’t have as much pull as he thought with TKO and Nick Khan was he just bounced.

Depends. He's not wrestling or being physical so it's not like he needs to be there maybe even more than once before Wrestlemania

As the "Final Boss" character , he can do whatever needs to be done from his phone or anywhere in the world.

Not saying he is at all.

But he's a wrestling lifer.
I think of all those points you made the one that's undeniable is he knows how to navigate a locker room

His booking and writing has been awful and he's essentially squandered all of the hype from 2-3 years ago

But how much of that downfall is because of TKO leadership or initiatives? They could be not allowing him to do certain things.

Matter of fact, you know that's happening
