Seattle has failed to protect him or give him decent weapons and yet he's still managed to get them to the playoffs and win playoff games. Even if they ultimately cave and decide to give him the deal he wants...why stay? If they can't put together a decent team with decent cap space, why assume they can do it with a big QB contract taking up cap space.

I don't give a fukk about the Seahawks but they are playing a very dangerous game here. There's only about ten QBs maybe that give you a chance to win week to week and Russ is one of them. They are hard to find. A team can go a decade without a good QB ask Cleveland, ask Arizona etc.
