You can do HIIT with just about anything, when I'm at the gym I do it with the row machine.

30 seconds of all out
20 seconds of relaxed row

Repeat 10x

If you have a track near where you live, you can do sprinting + jogging mixed in. Basically just focus on getting your heart rate up for bursts, then try to extend either the duration or the amount of reps you do.
