Not gonna knock swimming because anyone that has done laps in the pool knows what kind of workout it is.
However
.........what if we did track like that? How swimming and track have different distances but swimming has different strokes (free, butterfly etc).
Could we have different runs?
The 100m backpedal
The 200m skip
The 4 x 100 sideways shuffle
Shyt would be entertaining as fukk. NFL players would be all up in the Olympics, especially DBs on the backpedal.
We have high jump.....maybe add standing vertical leap. I'd want to know who has the highest vertical in the world. Can someone top 50"?
