I think either party should approach if they feel like. I do understand gender dynamics have evolved with feminism and women evolving in the workforce and doing their thang. Nowadays, heterosexual women don't even need a man to survive...only if they want sex or to reproduce. But I think a man should still be what's considered a "real man" by society. Both men and women can be good and effective leaders...but a man should take lead when necessary and at the right time. If a man have a convo with a female and there is obvious attraction there and he wants to pursue the female....he should be brave enough to ask her for her number or whatever. A female can ask too but the man should not be too scared...being there is obvious chemistry. I think females should make themselves more approachable if they are into the men approaching. Also a man should protect his woman and the woman should be the backbone of her man and look out for him.
I have mentioned on here that females have more privileges than men but real talk...evolving generations and feminism have caused some confusion with gender roles and its affecting each generation more and more. We had similar topics on here before about this and I think its good seeing how things have changed since my parents and grandparents generations.
2nd and 3rd wave feminism was the worst thing to happen to black women in the last 60 years.
