I'm not worried about Mahomes in the slightest outside of the deep ball inconsistency and red zone decision making which I think goes back to playcalling. His biggest problems have mostly been having a really shaky line the last couple of years. This year they started really cooking for that five game stretch until O-line injuries hit hard. I think they need new voices calling the plays. The Chiefs offense have usually had one of the better yards per drive in the league and EPA per play even with a shaky line and not many receiving threats.

Love these. Only one I disagree on is replacing the O line coach. The O-line has been solid as hell this year. Even tonight with 4 of their OL out they held up way better than expected. If they can find a solid replacement for Jawaan the rest of the line I'm happy with. Simmons has been great and Kingsley has been solid at LG in his first year being a full time starter.
Offensive talent is there. The big thing missing is that they need another CB and a legit pass rusher to go along with Jones and Karlaftis (who has been inconsistent). They're far too dependent on on blitzing to generate pressure. I think they need to restructure Jones as he has had flashes of dominance but can't do it on a game to game basis anymore. Find a way to restructure and lower his cap hit. Same with Kelce. If he comes back at half the pay cool otherwise time to move on.
Also while Kelce has had more fukk ups this year and isn't his old self it's crazy to act like he ain't still valuable. He's second in TE receiving yards behind McBride, still has made a bunch of clutch plays and just knows how to get open. He's not worth making what he's making now but still a damn good player.

Everybody but Reid and Spags needs to be gone. The defense is fine...just needs some juice on the pass rush. They held up their end for the most part.
Bring Beinemy back. Keep investing in the o line. Thats the most important thing for Pat and the running game. You dont necessarily need to go star hunting at WR...just focus on getting big bodies that can make contested catches. RB just needs quality young depth. A big bruising back that isnt
