You go to Mexican joints in CA that doesn't exist unless it's Taco Bell or Del Taco.

It's carne asada, chicken, lengua, cabeza. Which is 100x better

To me it's moreso American tacos than white or black. Those are NOT the tacos Mexican people eat lol. I grew up having the American version as a kid, taco night etc. But growing up and going to authentic Mexican restaurants plus having a girl whose Mexican and whose grandma constantly cooks food for us...it's night and day. I think the authentic ones are way better.
