Busta Rhymes has Jamaican parents. So did Biggie Smalls, he also dropped into a Jamaican accent a few times.
Drake is from Toronto - hella Jamaicans there. If he where from Backwoods USA you might have a point but he's not.

Em gets more respect that Drake cause he came up in the ranks of rap battling and making it big, plus catching the eyes of Dr. Dre. Drake basically acted his whole career. even when he was starting to rap.
