Family is not only blood. Feed a kid long enough and he will look like you. Glad the grandma wants to remain in the kid's life, the first seven years are the most formative. Paternity test should be mandated at birth, even for married couples. And everything isn't for social media.

Above the fray.
All 3 of their names are up on the original.
She's not going to do any of that, she's the type to use proxy violence to solve her problems.

OK. I just looked at the screen image again and I see that the man's mother posted a message weighing in on the situation. I thought it was a low class move for him to air out the woman and the child in public like that. But if that's really his mom engaging in a public discussion about their personal business..then I say no harm no foul. Seems like all parties involved are the same type of folks. In the words of the Cosby Kids from Fat Albert...they're like school on Saturday.......

First it would be libel cuz slander is spoken

:francis: But regardless Where's the slander/libel? What false statement did he make?
not slander, libel, or defamation if it's true

Now maybe she has an action for invasion of privacy which involves claims like intrusion upon seclusion or public disclosure of private facts

Ok, fellas thanks for the correction. I do recall a suit filed when an ex posted her man's STD test results publicly, and I don't remember how it was resolved. I do remember that he wasn't disputing the test results but that she was airing him out.

Oh u know :sas2:

Plenty of people getting cheating on by "good" partners they would never expect it from
Keep perpetuating delusions

And plenty of people get cheated on by partners or fkbuddies they don't know well or know they ain't shyt and keep fking with them cuz "crazy chiks and nikkas got the best (....)". All victims ain't victims. Some were just dumb af and others half ass cared as long as needs were met.

You talking about me perpetuating delusions and you're perpetuating an image that everyone who gets cheated on is hopelessly in love with the love of their life. Not!

:whoa: That's a completely different situation, that's confidential health info which violates HIPPA. Why would someone who isn't you or your doctor legally have a copy of your STD results to post online? However since DNA testing is a legal matter that info breh posted is probably public record anybody could acquire.

He owns businesses and no longer sells drugs. That ended before the child was conceived. I know breh personally.

Cool. I don't know how he got in bed with the chik, how well he vetted her before the pregnancy or his mindstate about her or their relationship when it all happened. It sucks he got played tho.

Aren't the results of dna testing covered under the same laws? Why wouldn't they be?
It's a legal matter to the extent that paternity is either confirmed or excluded, but how is what the guy in the Ohio story did different than a woman sharing her ex's std testing(which they probably got done together while they were a couple)?

hmm, TLR isn't the place for quality dialogue on this, but in this case, what do men (families) do? i mean it's one thing to get this news at 6 months, the kid isn't really old enough to be attached to you or know you, and you can more easily pull away - though you'll likely have some emotion attached - and of course haven't dumped the amount of time, money, and resources into the child. but six years of being with the kid? do you just bounce, if so, how do you deal with that emotionally? how do you deal with the way the kid will interpret you just bouncing - we've all seen/heard folks who have issues when their pops just dumped them. do you stick around but not contribute financially? what if the woman is doing bad and your help is the difference between that kid living in squalor vs a decent life?

that is all on the woman tho, you gotta woman up in cases where you're fukking different men and end up pregnant, ALL parties, including the baby, need to know the truth.

I think what I would do is, force the chick to tell the child who his REAL father is, or I jet.

Then, sue the REAL father for child support, or I jet.

Then, sue the chick for paternity fraud, while I jet.

Ultimately, you can't be in a relationship with that chick anymore after something like that (I also don't blame women who leave men who have outside kids on them, either)

I don't think there is a wrong way, if you're the guy who's a victim in this.

I can't blame you for not wanting to raise the kid anymore & get more attached and I can't blame you for staying and continuing to raise the kid you've been raising.

I'd kill the woman and possibly some of her family. Maybe her mother. I'm not built to handle that sort of loss gracefully. The woman and her family would pay in blood.

I don't know why, but :deadmanny:
