Be very careful about ideas you put on a public forum, because it will get stolen.

Ideas mean nothing without execution... Anyone can come up with ideas only a small few will follow and execute until it's a success...

Now maybe you are talking about specific blueprints which no one has shared in this thread....

Most of the ideas i'm reading here are pretty uninspiring and I suppose different 'entreprenuers' have different goals... I like to focus on income and that's it.

A bunch of y'all might over look this but the easiest most profitable business is starting a lead generation company.Seriously, having lower overheads, more free time and helping businesses grow >>>> being a clueless startup.

Why start a tattoo shop when you can move them more clients than they can handle on a per lead basis ? :birdman:

Why limit yourself to local customers when you can work with multiple companies in multiple locations and generate more revenue with none of the servicing ? :ooh:

Why just get paid just per lead? :birdman: Take ownership in the company* :smugfavre:

Even better take that lead gen material (legally off course) and license it to other companies for an upfront fee and backend royalties :smugfavre:

Knowing how to double/triple/quadruple companies is the most profitable skill I can think of and once you know how ....Well you can pretty much write your own checks :smugfavre:

If you are struggling in business & doing something you love for pennies & also have little freedom

*I know some of y'all would take that ownership and use it as collateral to invest in dumbsh!t :whatever:

If you're going to start a business for yourself, make sure you thoroughly educate yourself on what it takes. Starting your own business is also a lot more about certain characteristic traits than it is about being the best technician in your field-- although that technical knowledge can help immensely. Many businessmen failed numerous times on their first venture, but through persistence, they eventually figured out the formula that worked.

If you are going to start your own business, you have to get into the mentality that while you do want to be profitable, it isn't all about the money. One of the perks of opening a business is that you won't have a boss over you... but it is also one of the downfalls. YOU are the one who is ultimately responsible, and if you don't perform, you don't eat. If you are up for risk and you don't like working for someone else and are willing to risk a few failures in the process, then it may very well be for you.

Another piece of advice is to stop looking for 'hustles'. Stop looking for get rich quick schemes that someone will bestow upon you that will magically make you a million dollars. That greed will cause you to look very foolish as you end up spending all these money on books and seminars promising you the quick path to wealth. If you are serious about starting your own business, you need to TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. Identify your requisite talents and body of knowledge and then build around that.

Another key thing is, when thinking of starting a business, you have to do more than just think about how you're gonna build the business itself. Often times, the thing that makes or breaks a business is actually finding a way to attract clientele/customers.

You can be the best sub shop, tattoo parlor, clothing store, etc. of all time, but if you can't bring people through the door, then who's gonna know it? So make sure you have a solid and realistic marketing plan drawn up before even attempting to put your plan in motion. Or else you'll be sitting in an empty ass rented space wondering why people aren't checking for your business.

So it's important to sit down and plan out "okay, this is where I want to be in 3 months in terms of customers. This is how many repeat customers we expect. This is how I plan on getting to the next level in terms of attracting clientele once the initial honeymoon phase has worn off and I no longer have that new business novelty factor."
