Yup.

Very good beginner program.

Builds a solid foundation of strength. It is kinda leg heavy though. As always, it depends where you are starting from and what your goals are. But if you're just trying to stay in regular decent shape and just starting, it's a very good program. I ran it for like 3 months and i wouldn't say i got huge or anything but people at work started asking me if I was working out and complementing.
