If you even remotely care about your community you should at least do business with your own. That's bare minimum shyt. Realtors, dentists, doctors, lawyers, etc... If you can't find one in your area than cool but your people should get first dibs.

This is my whole point from day 1. Nothing wrong with wanting and building a museum, but folks really trust this guy with their money to get it done, and he has no background in acquiring commercial property and running a business that has multiple dimensions involved with it. I just couldn't see him doing it and still can’t.
