There are already people who take those NE corridor trains to NYC and do this. the trip from Baltimore to NYC is a bit over 2hrs. that's not some insane distance

It wouldn't solve the affordability crisis, cause all the bedroom communities would increase the cost of housing...cause that's how housing works here.
