had to log in for the first time in years. nearly stopped watching football but I couldn’t stay away from my squad…

the time is now. new coach is the most important decision in franchise history since drafting Lamar…super bowls (plural) may well be on the line

let’s get it :salute:

You ain’t never lied some of these names are nasty
We have to get a young offensive minded coach

after Harbs got fired I looked up all the offensive staffs in the league and I think the 2 best options are Klint Kubiak and Mike LaFleur

both guys are play designers from the Shanahan/McVay tree

Personally I don’t want any recycled head coach

hiring young offensive minds has been the wave recently

all of the consistent teams have offensive head coaches

They keep pumping out this “everybody is reaching out to Harbaugh for other jobs” now Trump saying shyt lol

U can tell this shyt destroyed his ego. He never thought Steve would fire him. Now he got his PR team going crazy. His reps put out 7 teams reached out but only 6 vacancies are open lol. So now a team possibly gonna fire their coach to hire John lol. He can’t look flawed.

His PR team working overtime :mjlol:

hes lowkey lobbying for the Packers job with his agent putting it out there that a team that currently has a head coach contacted him and now all the Harbs mouth pieces in the media are saying LaFleur could be out if they lose to the Bears

@FAH1223 you better hope yall win this weekend :heh:

So that’s where this is coming from? :mjlol:

Ed Policy doesn’t seem like he’s going to fire Brian Gutekunst and Matt LaFleur

I think they get 2-3 year extensions at bigger numbers. So they aren’t lame ducks.

I was thinking any one of the Dolphins, Cowboys, Commanders, and Bucs as the mystery team with a current HC.

I can't see the Packers replacing Lafleur....if Lafleur becomes available, he's pretty much the Ravens next head coach

I think his agent’s father was president of the Packers lol. So it’s ties there. Good luck Green Bay lol

Is Kubiak really like that?

Is LeFleur like that?

You're putting a team that needs to contend right away in the hands of an unproven coach.

Everyone just assumes that you OC to HC is the move today like Demeco and McDonald aren't killing it. Vrabel is doing well.

We've seen OC's fail at HC over and over. You have to find the right person to install a winning culture and put together the right staff. That's more important than whether they're an OC and DC.

This is the WRONG stuff to put out on Lamar.

Cause it makes it seem like Lamar isnt all in or doing everything he needs...

Not good at all from Ravens management. Even IF it was true.

If the Bengals fired Taylor or Bills fired McDermott a coach having to "reach" Burrow/Allen wouldnt be the narrative.
