This is the WRONG stuff to put out on Lamar.

Cause it makes it seem like Lamar isnt all in or doing everything he needs...

Not good at all from Ravens management. Even IF it was true.

If the Bengals fired Taylor or Bills fired Allen a coach having to "reach" them wouldnt be the narrative.

Seen it but chose to ignore it
Those who don't like Lamar will read exactly as you described.
But those people don't matter because they don't know the Ravens, Lamar, and football.
Football IQ litmus test

Objectively, Lamar should have some input on the next HC, and the HC will likely be more of an offensive coach.

It seems like all signs point to Jesse Minter getting being yall next coach , all the reports and talk is just media yapping

He’s young, knows the facility already, is gonna bring a defensive mindset, and will give Lamar control of the offense. Not much more you can ask for.

With how fast harbaugh got sacked and him being the only hot candidate that doesn’t even have rumored interviews lined up it seems like a done deal.

While I do agree that the team failures aren't solely on Harbs, I will push back and say that these examples show me that the team lacked discipline and had poor execution in crucial moments. That falls squarely on Harbs.

This. Harbaugh's shoddy timeout management every other game was just something ravens fans had to accept for the last 18 years lol.

Giving Buffalo enough time to get a field goal right before the half on opening night by simply not running down the clock as much as he could have if they’d let the clock run before snapping the ball on their own final play. Leaving his final timeout in his pocket in the afc championship game against the patriots and rushing Cundiff & the kicking unit out there to avoid the delay of game penalty. Stuff like that was a regular occurrence.

All depends on who is spreading the message.

However, how can you not think it if "people in the building" are putting it like that.

lol

Ngl comes off as a very immature team, yall need a hardnosed coach who can command the locker room. I've always got that indication from Henry too, too many similar personalty types.

Honestly, are you paying Zay WR1 money? I like Zay but I wouldn't feel comfortable giving him 30 million a year.
The problem is their 2 best receivers after him combined for 608 yards this season. Nobody else in that receiving corps really belonged on any pro roster this season. They’d have to bring in 4-5 new guys to line up at receiver for next year then.
