for those that want a defensive HC

we could potentially bring in a offensive HC and still get Flores as the DC

it looks like Flores isnt gonna be as coveted as people think
Fitzpatrick kicked his back in calling him a dictator and Acho/TJ Hushbeenzata(i tried :manny: ) were talking like he would be too tough of a head coach for vet players like Henry/Lamar.From the way they talked Flores the type to cuss a player out.TJ said some ppl cool with that type of shyt, but most would either close you off/shutdown OR put hands on Flores.

Y'all started last season terribly.
They righted the ship then went right back to being sorry this season.

The offense hasn't had that level of drop off.

RB is the easiest fix in the league and Henry is still a beast. A late round addition or veteran signing is simple.

Andrews was a terrible extension.

Zay is fine as long as he's WR2 next season. I don't know if there's a trade possible and there isn't a WR1 available in free agency. You might have to draft one or get some vets who can be an improvement. Tez will have to step up and Batemon should be gone.

Again, it doesn't have to be the HC doing that. A competent OC can get you right. If you win a Superbowl in the next 2-3 seasons so what if he leaves.

:mjpls:

DeMeco made the playoffs 3 straight years and won 2 playoff games. Payton missed the playoffs year 1 and lost in the wild card game last year.

DeMeco is a defensive coach and that's the strength of the Texans.

Payton is an offensive coach and the defense is the strength of team.

How is Ben the best hire when the Patriots have the better record? Yeah the AFC East and schedule is a factor but that's why I said it's a wash. Can't call it until we see what they do in the playoffs.
DeMeco has had better rosters and been in a weaker division but that doesnt make him the better coach

I think Peyton has done a better job overall as a coach

same with Ben Johnson

I think hes been better than Vrabel

you can argue that Josh McDaniels has been the best coach in New England this season not Mike Vrabel

Kliff quit so he could take the Cheifs OC job . Nagy is out .

I wish Mike Mac was fired. My dream would be Flores as Coach and Mike as OC

Mike Lafluer was trash in New York. Don’t know how he gets buzz when MvVay runs the show in LA

I think this is just bullshyt. Lamar had a problem with Harbaugh. That post game interview let everyone know it. Lamar didnt want to answer if he wanted Harbaugh to return next year. If they didnt have a problem, then harbaugh wouldnt have been doing hit pieces this whole time.

Also saying "Harbaugh didnt have a problem with Jackson" doesnt mean Lamar didnt have a problem with him/his coaching.

this is just more bs from Harbaughs camp to make him look better

hes trying to make it seem like no one in the org wanted him out and thats just not true

you think DeCosta is happy with Johns usage of his draft picks over the years?

you think he like seeing the guys he draft rot on the bench or be misused?

you think he was against getting Harbs out the way so he can have true power over the roster?

you think Lamar doesnt have a problem with the coach putting out hit pieces on him and never taking up for him when hes really injured and cant play?
Why hire someone from the harbaugh tree is beyond me
thats just who Vegas believes will be hired

the odds can and probably will change

Chris Shula was the favorite yesterday

I dont believe we've even requested to interview Minter yet

Jesse is more of a Jim/MacDonald product- John just gave him his first coaching job but he learned the X’s and O’s from them and it’s clearly paid dividends.
Nobody will hire him after all that shyt he pulled in Miami

Flores is a great coach but he also wants to be the HNIC- that’s not gonna fly in Baltimore when Lamar is already the HNIC, he’s not gonna go for that tough guy act from a dude with no real accolades. This why I think Minter will ultimately win out, he’s competent and will stay out of Lamar’s way- all those offensive gurus get their head blown up by the genius label and eventually flame out because they hate delegating control- Liam Cohen and Trevor Lawrence bumped heads early in the year, and they will so again once this run ends- it’s just inevitable.

I don’t think Lamar will have the patience to “figure it out” or try to mesh with someone with his resume.
