I said I’d take him over harbs, but that’s a low bar to clear when I’d take anyone off the Belichick coaching tree too if it meant getting rid of him.

Yall got it lol. I’m not arguing with my fellow Ravens flock lol. Hopefully everybody get healthy next season and we back in the mix

You can't let these guys that put LeMar over the team get under your skin, they not being fully objective to the Ravens.

The guy struggled with deciplined defenses when he had elite legs...now he faces new challenges of more man coverages that will expand next season...but the LeMar guys think he's Stafford where you just have to wait 13yrs to get to the bowl, ha.

Since the team can't build a winner around number 8...why can't we get value in return for him? John Elway made 3 in 4yrs so you knew you just needed the right others to win...so he had a pass that almost ran out. Going into season 9 for Jackson he hasn't been to single bowl nor had a year 4 Flacco AFC Title game to say we at door step.

Steve Nash won two MVPs in a row, he sold some jerseys but it didn't translate to championships. Building a champion doesn't require a regular season MVP on the team...see Ravens two Superbowl wins.

Gannon was DC. I wouldn’t mind him or Schwartz as DC. For HC, I’m at a tie between Saleh, Flores or Kubiak (i would prefer a defensive HC this time but I like how he runs Seahawks offense). OC is difficult lol. I don’t really trust Kliff. Daboll idk

If we got defensive HC, we need an elite OC tho lol. They gotta get that choice perfect lol

but even if they get it right at OC we'll just lose him in a year or two

look at Baker and the Bucs

lost their OC back to back years and now those 2 OCs have taken the Jags and Panthers to the playoffs and the Bucs are at home watching

look at the teams with offensive head coaches. they are good every year baring injuries even when they switch out DCs

EB was a great compliment to Andy. It was good cop, bad cop but I don't know if him and Flores are the right combo and it's highly unlikely they'd call him anyway.

Daboll would be his OC.

As I said in another thread Flores is a perfect cultural fit. Saleh could work too but you guys have the best job opening available so you can get anyone.

It’s funny. Bill Cowher talked about on the americas game about the 2005 Steelers how sometimes you chase something for so long that the chase itself becomes a part of you and you’re almost unsure what to do once that’s done. It’s kinda like that

the Titans are interviewing him Friday and he was offered the Ravens job 18 years ago but turned them down

people forgot Harbaugh was the 2nd choice

they offered Garrett the job and he turned them down to stay in Dallas cause he thought Wade Phillips was gonna get fired and he'd get the Cowboys job

he did end up getting the Cowboys job 2 years later
