That makes sense, since he called a radio station this year and cussed at two hosts because they were going at him for not drafting a WR.
Reading Beane's wiki, he "cleaned" house from the picks of the previous GM. 3 of those players he got rid of went on to win championships with the Eagles/Chiefs. Sammy Watkins seems to have played a pivotal role in that first Chiefs chip.
