Minter always seemed like the guy. Combination of regret losing Macdonald, and the defense being so bad the last two seasons.

The OC pick is extremely important. Kingsbury, Webb & Scheelhasse are I guess the best options right now.

Only 5 openings left
Bills
Steelers
Browns
Cardinals
Raiders.

I think the Browns & Cardinals are the least desirable. Browns keep getting turned down and will likely elevate their DC and the QB situation in Arizona is weird so who knows with that one.

Raiders are the wild card since they have #1 pick and Brady.

Bills might go with Joe Brady or Daboll. The press conference with the GM & owner might have turned people off.

Steelers have no QB but they have the stability.

On KRS One's nose, eating sunflower seeds.
Which coach out of the whole pot is best for us?

idk but I dont want a CEO motivational type of coach and thats exactly what Weaver is

its a few offensive guys i wouldnt mind taking a chance on

if we go defense my preference is Minter

I believe in his(our) system more than any of these other coaches
You called it.

hes a great leader and will be more of a CEO type of HC similar to Harbaugh but we needed a a Xs & Os coach

that motivational shyt can only take you so far
I think this is roster dependent i get that though, with x and os guys you typically gotta clear out the whole roster cause guys are set in they ways. Weaver is a strong defensive minded, I would probably compare him to Tomlin more than Harbaugh

Even though my preference was Flores, I'm not mad they went DC for HC and got Minter. They finally have an expectedly functional HC that can contribute something to the team. That delegation style has no place unless you can be a resource to your people and Harbaugh never was a resource because he didn't know enough about the X's and O's.

I still think DeCosta will go offensive line with the 1st pick unless some top 5 pass rusher falls. Minter schemed Oweh into a pass rusher and I believe he can develop the guys they currently have as well.

I'm expecting guys like Mike Green, Robinson, Peebles and Travis Jones to put up 5+ sacks EACH this year. If Madabuike can return to full form, I'm expecting those sack numbers to go up especially for Green and whoever else plays OLB opposite of him.

Might be a small detail to some, but I also think the Chargers beating the Chiefs and Minter being the DC also played a factor in them selecting him.

The bolded it what sold me. Owen looked like a completely different player with Minter.

Lamar needs to sign that extension
Build through Free Agency, and trades hopefully prior to the draft so we're not cornered and into making a pick.
First-round pick needs to be a day 1 starter, and an impact player by November 2026.

For pick #14 ideally:
-DT or edge or LT that can play guard
-If by chance, the blue-chip players in the trenches aren't available AND we acquired 2 starters on both sides of the trenches, I'm open to the blue-chip WRs(1-Carnell Tate, 2-Jordyn Tyson). WR1s are expensive and they matter

Madabuike is retiring, that ship has sailed.
neck injury. He is just staying ok roster to collect his guaranteed $$
Yeah, I saw some stuff on Reddit just now posted by a Ravens player ex gf 2 months ago. They say Beeks already moved back to Texas and has unofficially retired.

Also said that her ex would be face timing other Ravens players and they'd be saying "Harbs gotta go" and "he should've been gone." Mind you, this was during the season.
