Definitely starting to feel the lower cals day to day. A little more tired, DOMs but I feel better in the AM for training. I can also feel changes in how clothes fit.

Decided I want to be below 200 (195 ideally) by my birthday towards the end of September. That’s about 15 weeks away. A lot of work to do and going to take it slow.

Scale didn’t really move this week but the mirror metrics and clothing fit metrics are solid. I ate more than normal a few days this week but didn’t break protocol with fried foods or desserts so I’m not terribly worried. Activity is picking up and I’m slowly increasing capacity for running.

Got a group training session on Thursday with some female friends that have got into lifting and back to deadlift programming on Sunday.

Week 4
Scheduled Non DL Training

Week 5: Today
5x5x85% of 1RM

Best session I’ve had coming of the deload week. 5x5 is always a grind but didn’t feel heavy.

I usually do my weekly weigh-in on Sunday. The scale didn’t move much but I also know I was carry some extra waste for lack of a better term. I know it’s trending right.

Been doing really well cutting the silly calories out my diet. Been a month without ice cream which for me is major. Going to have free meal the week of the 4th and then back to it the following day.
