The Average American reads 5 books per year...

two years ago I read about 4,5 books in a year. I have read probably one book since though (Flash Boys by Michael Lewis)

My sister in law has read 86 Books this year. She's in a book club, has a career as a mtg underwriter, and teaches underwriting classes. I still don't know how she does it. She said the book club has competitions that offer money to the winners.

I love ebooks, but when it comes to textbooks I'd rather have the physical copy so I can mark them up. But with ebooks I can read at damn near the speed of light without having to mess up my focus from turning the page

The coli is only good for a limited set of perspectives.

Reading books makes you much more well rounded.

Its very hard for me to get through a whole entire book because I get get interested in other things too quickly. I need step up my reading though. Most of the material I read are text books for exams

I made a conscious decision to stop watching tv because it is straigh poison. Now i still have one for sports...but sitcoms and shyt...naaa

have over 10,000 books on my computer, ipad, and phone combined. Even have a 3 tier book shelf in my room filled with books.
I love to read. Lol thats all i could do when i waS younger cause we were not t allowed to go out. I had a nice paper and hard back book collection that got burned in a fire.

I prefer fiction but will do non fiction too if it grabs my attention.
