They rank 10th out of 16 in offense in these playoffs with LeBron Don’t know why you’re insisting on this point man… it’s ok ..they’re a really good defensive team they don’t have to be great at everything but playing against a team that can score will be a good stress test for them
I never said they were a great offensive, idk why you keep adding adjectives when I've only described them as a good offensive team and elite defensively.
You're argument was they were a bottom 3 offense, and I stated that was pre trades and they are a good offensive team now.
Bottom 3 offense would be HORRIFIC. Which they aren't
Ok … that’s great ..that still doesn’t make the Lakers a better offense
And we’ll have to see how well the Lakers hold up against a team that can actually shoot and make them pay for their offensive droughts that they’re known to have … “the others” Reaves,Dlo,Hachi have got to deliver this series
The lack of production from the Huerter-Sabo 2 man game definitely closes the gap more then you are leading on (especially considering Barnes production vs what he usually provided in the reg season), but yeah ultimately the others will have to show and prove.
Sabonis got shut down for almost the entirety of the series. GS had the personnel and constantly made the right adjustments to nullify him. I expect given the Lakers' lack of shooting they'll implement a similar gameplan that they did on Sabonis (where they played off him and made him shoot from the perimeter).
Credit definitely belongs to the dubs for exposing Sabonis' flaws to the 10th power. By playing off of you mean going over all screen actions and forcing Lakeshow to convert on those looks? I don't think they'll risk leaving any of the playmakers open in the mid post/range area, once the dubs defense starts scrambling they've been quick to foul thus far.

Turning AD into a jumpshooter > giving him rim runs.
That's how they played Sabonis and it worked.
Dray is one of the best defenders on AD and he knows how to play him better than anyone. GS simply can't allow the Lakers to play downhill in the halfcourt; steering LA away from the rim is the best chance they have at controlling this series.

Ok bruh you’re all over the place right now … my point was that their offense was wayyyyy worse than the kings …that’s what my initial post said ..I’ve shown you countless ways that this could be measured pre and post trade and now during the playoffs … you’ve shown me 0 ways in the other direction … I don’t know if your a diehard lakers fan or whatever but you need to let this one go fam lol
