Eh. I was in that spot for a while. I would say narrow down a top 3 and pester they asses. One job I had for a year, I sent a biweekly email to the HR lady for 3 months, asking questions about what i would need to learn and whatnot, and just the culture of the place. Eventually she brought me in to interview, and we went from there.
I made sure to email often enough that she knew how I was, but not so often that she didnt wanna hear from me anymore.
Another way I copped a job was stalking the spot midday

For a few days. I basically got a feel for a couple people I regularly saw leave the job for lunch, and when he time was right, approached one in a nearby restaurant. I 45 minute conversation, then I got his corporate email so he could forward my resume. I didnt get the job the first interview, but a few months later I put in another inquiry and got in. You might have to become a scheming mothafukka to get a gig

All you need is someones ear for a few minutes. Sending out resumes alone fukking blows, cause there is almost always someone with a better one.
