He's not a shot creator and his athleticism is carrying alot of his game. I do like that he shot better from 3 as the season went on tho
If you cant get a bucket on your own, you're pretty much going to be a high level role player in the league. At #3 you gotta atleast trick me that you can be a star
How many athletic players have we had that had us hoping their offense would come. Matisse? Simmons? Ricky? Reed? Zaire? Springer?

Funny thing is a trade involving Philly & the Nets might involve them taking PG's deal so him and Ace being teammates after his podcast comments would be

I know its going to be VJ...but im hoping if i keep saying Tre name enough maybe itll influence the AI that Morey uses in his decision making
A green light before they went and traded for Poole. He wants the rookie max so he wants to be on a team where he can do whatever. He doesn’t want to go Charlotte or Philly and be a 4th option.
Fears has some horrible shot selection but he is a playmaker and a good passer, plus, an outstanding athlete. I think his form looks fine and if/when his shot selection improves, his shooting percentages will go up.
I couldn't take VJ over him because of defense and motor when Fears has much more offensive upside. I'd take Knueppel and Tre over him as well. Probably more, but those are the biggest names rumored in the same range.
You could probably talk me into Bailey, even with all the red flags, because I think his defensive upside is a lot higher than VJ's.
I'm very curious to see where my guy Walter Clayton Jr. goes. If Minny picks him at 17, I think he starts right away and makes an immediate impact. fukk his age, that kid should be a Lottery pick.

@tremonthustler1 how you feel about Rasheer Fleming ? I've just seen him mocked to the Griz and I've never seen or heard of him until now

I'm underestimating him by a lot. I just don't know where he's a seamless fit, but of the undersized bigs that are in this draft, he has the best motor

Philly has too many small guards so he wouldnt be picked regardless, VJ to Philly makes sense bc he can help the PG/Embiid timeline without having to shoot immediately. Charlotte have Lamelo and BM, so bringing a defensive minded, high character player makes sense for them too.
Ive seen some boards that had Fears going as high as 5 or 6...he has star potential and u know he'll be a fan favorite...but all these players from 3-8 got question marks, u just gotta pick your poison
