Dude that UW crowd was so fukking wack, it's irrelevant who was booed and who was cheered

The battlers could barely get their rounds off, arsonal was like a teacher trying to control a noisy classroom the whole night. It's like none of those fakkits even came to see a battle

I agree the crowd dynamic is important but when you're dealing with the wackest crowd imaginable they shouldnt count for much

Bu..bu..but they also booed surf when he was saying nothing,they booed lux in one round Lets not mistake the crowd talking through rounds for straight up booing

This wasn't some URL crowd booing just to boo, they booed people who were not saying anything, coincidentally they booed hollow all 3 rounds. No way a judge can give someone a battle they got booed in all 3 rounds.

Thank you! Hollow said a lot of "Lux makes simple shyt sound complex" ummm isn't that the point of rhyming skills? Hollow basically said nobody that's lyrically inclined should rap because anything that's said in a complex way can be explained more simple. So no Rakim, no Nas, no Jay, just a bunch of 2 Chainz rappers. lol But I guess considering how average a lyricist Hollow is, he would prefer that. lol., Then he says "Oh we don't get what you're saying" basically admitting again that Lux is too hard for him to understand. Hollow's entire game plan until the third round was "I'm a dumb nikka, can you make your rap style less complex so I can get it?"

Hollow had haymakers and was funny but way too many dead spots and pleas of "can you dumb down". Meanwhile Lux was destructing him all three rounds.

I thought that angle was him sayin "jus cuz its complex that doesnt mean it's automatically dope" which was a good point at the time cuz all lux stans would use the same "he's too complex for you" argument which always rubbed me the wrong way cuz I listen to tons of complex rappers so tellin me that if I dont think every thing lux says is god status is because it was too complex for me is status, I just think sometimes he over does it is all I said the same shyt about the last few tracks lupe put out and he's one of my favorite rappers. I think that angle was moreso towards Lux stans than him tbh cuz yall be REACHIN when yall always try to spin it into a smart nikka vs dumb nikka type of thing, shyt is insulting to even suggest that if someone didnt like something lux said that they must be stupid or couldnt comprehend what he said

Hollow just told the nikka to stop stretchin out tiny shyt like opening the door and you see it as him saying "im too dumb to understand it lux please dumb it down " actin like hollow was attacking every rapper with complex lyrics, yall need to stop

That being said that battle was too much of a preference thing for me cuz I appreciate both styles neither is superior than the other

When that battle dropped. One issue I had with hollow is him stopping his own momentum. He would start spazzin and then abruptly stop. Also one thing that I wasn't feelin was hollow screaming so damn loud at the top of his lungs and that took away from his rounds. Like @FreshAIG and @Ghostface Trillah said , hollow had a gang of dead spots and he had to start almost from scratch, fukkin up his continuity.
