I was playing SF earlier and I had 4 ex bars and Ibuki was dizzied I start my combo (evil ryu) and after the 2nd fadc the time ran out
then I had a Mook moment

yeah it was 5
I had it 3-2 either way, originally I had Millz cause I liked his 5th better than Mooks but on multiple watches its possible Mook couldve already been up 3-1 before he lost the 5th
