nikkas actin like losing to Verb is some smudge on his resume, I could understand if it was DNA or TODD, but verb? if that's the case then there's a list of nikkas he beat clearly who shouldn't be getting booked for anything

And i'm willing to bet you'll get paid a helluva lot more battling Verb and Clips over a damn Cortez and K-shine.

You get in battle rap for a money grab then by all means jump rungs on the ladder to get to the top, shyt call out lux and mook after three battles in the basement vs some concrete carls and slick sams, but if you plan on being around and having a worthwhile career then you need to pace yourself and make moves that make sense. Calling out a top tier after some basement battles doesn't make sense. Going from DoT to Verb doesn't make sense. John Johning your way into battling one of the most respected and dangerous dudes in battle rap history when you don't even know if you have stage presence or how the stage works isn't a long term smart move but he got paid right? and losing to aye verb isn't a smudge on his resume ( that's exactly what a loss is)

Brizz will be aight he had the respect of every vet we can think of goin into it, verb included that's a given fact. He ain't no slouch, just didn't bring it like he normally do, AND got out classed bar for bar by a vet that actually showed all 3 rounds for once. He lost the battle but won the war, unlike a prez or an ill will he showed he can hold his own on a stage of that magnitude, that speaks volumes for him. Just gotta do what got him here next battle and leave the angles/personals alone. The Harlem angle was dope tho and to be honest is the only original angle you can say at this point bout Verb that sticks.

to be honest im not impressed by Verb in that battle either. Yes his pengame was better then Briz but Verb pengame is almost always good (minus vs clips). As a vet I think he had not enough crowd control, you can chalk it up to the crowd hating but as a Vet he should be able to get the crowd hyped a little. Even in his Rex battle on SM where they booed him he had more control over the crowd and got them to cheer now and then.

Lott is judging for the thread, so he's doing everything to get it right. From what I read in your file, he wanted Brizz to win, believed BRizz to have a good shot... but Brizz lost. He ain't out here coppin pleas.

Brizz certainly didn't win. But he did ok. I don't exactly think these rookies are likely to turn down a shot on the big stage because who's to say they get another one from Smack? That URL crew has shown they will move the fukk on in a heartbeat.

I agree that nikkas like Will and Prez got on stage and got snuffed out something serious... bodybag level. This rookie class (especially Brizz and Top) had a different level of fandom going into it. If Brizz stood up there and got completely washed, he might be in the bushes... but he didn't. They threw the nikka in with the sharks and he managed to swim out with some limbs left.

The hype machine after Brizz's many performances got him a shot in the big stage. Of course he's going to take it. You acting like some of these nikkas can control 100% what opportunities comes and when.

If Verb would have took that same material to another platform, he would have got more reaction. I don't think the crowd was hating on him, but I do feel there's certain guys that the NY crowd can't really get into that are from the midwest like Verb & Big T. Their style just doesn't do it for them.They will cheer in lil spurts here & there.

I guarantee Shine is gonna win in the building. NY loves that clown. Verb will win on cam clearly.

We say this EVERY Jaz battle. Everyone has ALWAYS been irritated by Jaz. I know I have. What she does is very effective, but I just don't like it. I don't rewatch any of her performances. But she always ends up winning.

You do realize Official is a PG stepper with a really weirdly built body right? She's going to look pretty silly up there. And once Jaz starts picking her apart she will become very rattled. She might come out swinging with some fire punches, but it's just not going to hold up for 9 minutes. And she will choke.

I'm taking all bets on this too, coli cash or real money. Jaz will win.
