We (the battle fan community) are going to owe Jaz an apology when Official chokes on that NOME stage. It's going to be too much for Official, it's not like she has any type of performance or anything. She's also mad young, I think a year or two younger than Jaz.
Another potential classic will be ruined by the big stage.

This Verb Brizz battle got me kind of confused. There's no doubt that I'm giving the overall to Verb, but every watch beyond the first and the "dead" room effect is less and less potent. It's almost like by my 3rd watch, the crowd was live-r.

I'm looking forward to seeing more Brizz, as I think if he gets the right sitution and sticks to what got him here, he can cause a riot to break out.

I'm also looking forward to Verb bringing THAT pen game all year.. but I doubt it.

edit: Brizz's Harlem nikka angle was probably the one good angle he took. I thought he executed it fine too, so he's not totally bad at angles.

Ill Will's shtick only ever worked in small rooms, and that alone kills any future for him in URL. The way he lost control of the crowd in that battle against DNA.. that was pitiful.. no attempts to win them back, just turning on them instead. Like homie that's your first big battle and you just threw a temper tantrum and lost to DNA, the most generic battle rapper.

Dude said was going to straight up 3-0 aye verb. Brizz said all of the wrong things in that clip. Verb been shaky lately but ain't no one denying it but he was spreading himself thin with those 4 battles in a month. Until we see a new nikka get up on the stage and give a vet the business, they're all going to get washed.

but he won't get 2 rounds. All these PGs are coming in as underdogs. I doubt any of them get 2 clear rounds. All the vets have to do is talk down to them and turn the crowd in their favor. That's verbs specialty angle. There will be an upset or two but it wont be brizz vs verb. All verb gotta do is look at brizz with the serious face and spin brizz knife bar usage into sounding corny. Most of these PG cats can only hope for a debatable just to show that they can hang with the vets on the mainstage.

Its not entitlement,dudes put in work to get where they are. The mid tiers beat and been beat. So have the top tiers. They've earned the right to say "I'm not battling you, you aren't dope enough to battle me." These PG dudes keep trying to jump steps on the ladder instead of climbing normally and they end up dropping back to the bottom. No way brizz(or any dude) should be able to go from DOT to Aye Verb overnight. There's tons of space between those two full of battlers. Take some of that space as your own then try to see a top tier, but if you getting 3-0'd or strong 2-1'd by mid tiers maybe you wanna fall back from calling out the verbs of the battle world.

Oh and I said,

Brizz bout to get WASHED, Verb is gonna bar that little dirty nikka his life away. Brizz sounds like Calicoe after Lux got locked in. No idea what he's in for.

Brizz would clearly beat Roc right now. 2-1. And I have documented evidence on this forum of me supporting Roc. I ain't tryna play Roc.

Let me ask you a question: Is Brizz better than Danja Zone or Prez Mafia? Briz beat Lotta Zay and Showoff clearly. But if you simply judge his bars, performance and agression alone in all of his battles, how can you honestly say he's not ready for a Roc, Surf, Rex or cal right now.

Brizz doesn't even have dry spots in his rounds. Not only can he name flip with the best of them, but the nikka has some crazy haymakers.

You need to stop holding onto this political hierarchy bullshyt that these top tier nikkaz have sold you on. Just look at a dudes skill alone. I'm bringing up Brizz specifically for my example because I think dude has a legit shot to beat one of these top dudes.

Pretty much this... This wasn't the same Brizz that we have seen in the past. He seemed very out of his element. He definitely suffered from bad angles on Verb. I'm not even mad at cats sayin that Verb won

So you had to watch a battle with a dead crowd twice to hear the bars? Or were you trying to find a loophole for Brizz to slide a win through? But you follow nikkas with the chopper huh.
