A Hypothetical Matchup of JC vs Loaded Lux

The love JC gets in the Battlezone is absolutely amazing. If I did a poll on this battle, I am quite sure JC would win handily. I don't think anybody gets the love JC gets on here. He wins every hypothetical battle on the coli.

However, I feel like I am the Battlezones' lone wolf. I live in reality. I base my opinion on what I actually see. With JC, you have a guy with over 100 battles on youtube. There's a certain trend with JC. He is who he is.

If your battling someone like a Loaded Lux, it is going to take place in front of a large crowd on PPV. That's just what it is. If we are gonna do this hypothetical battle, we are gonna be realistic about the setting.

It's fair to say in this setting, it's generally harder for a "pen guy" to go over with the crowd. You have to be damn near undeniable to get any kind of love. It would most likely be an underwhelming battle. Everyone would be disappointed & complain that these large rooms are killing battle rap.

Based on what we have seen from JC in a large room

1) His material falls flat in a large room
JC is absolutely cold in a small/medium size room, but damn near a chore to listen to in a large one.

I'm quite surprised no one has brought up as to why JC's material doesn't work in a big room. JC battles his opponent. He raps. He doesn't rap for crowd reaction. It's great for a small room, but not really effective for a large venue. Lux is very similar in that regard, but is more charismatic & has better presentation. He's able to make it work. Most "pen guys" are gonna have their struggles getting crowd love from the verbs, big t's, & even the lux's.

2) Average to poor performer
I don't really know what JC can do here. He is probably the best dancer in battle rap, but it would not really work for his style.

3) He is boring in damn near every top tier guy or large room battle
His battle with Bmagic is boring
His battle with Yung Ill is boring
His battle with JJDD is boring
Boring as hell against K-Shine. The fukk was that? I HATE K SHINE he should have killed that tranny loving nygga

He went to World Domination, in front of a huge audience in Toronto, & got violated by 100 Bullets. He was boring again by the way

He can't rock a large stage. If fukking Charlie Clips, the most charismatic & loved battle rapper couldnt go in there & get the job done, what the fukk is JC gonna do? Clips' whole style is built on getting crowd reaction.

4) bytchy & Whiny

Makes dumb ass expressions when his opponent is rapping

5) Non existent presence against opponents with a name

C'mon breh, DNA had the bomb strapped to his chest, everybody showed him love for that. He's always had gimmicks, people have been harsh on him because just comes off dorky, has nothing to do with where he's from. And let's be for real, he gotta a fukking timeshare tooth, he can only access it like 2 weeks a year. We can't compare DNA throwing his tooth into the crowd to the Professor Shine shyt.
Lux and his whole camp are a bit nutty, that is undeniable. But we can't compare Lux wearing a Hells Angels jacket to fit the theme of his raps, to Daylyt wearing a costume AND NOT rapping at all, or Daylyt taking his dyck/balls/ass out. Seriously Daylyt pulled his pants down in 4 or 5 separate battles.
I'd love to see you defend that. You go to more events than ANY of us here. You really want to cosign a nygga that might back his meat out in your grill?

Not to be a prick but I don't see what's so great about Arsonal vs Pass

They both have whiny voices and tend to be heavy on filler. I think Arsonal and Pass are better in contrast type match ups where they're against somebody with a completely different style. As an example Arsonal vs Hitman Holla was a good match up to me for that reason. You had Hitman's performance and aggression vs Arsonal's slick sh1t and fluid lyrics and they meshed well.

If there's some really cool significance with Arsonal vs Pass that I'm not seeing let me know. But to me it just kind of randomly thrown together joint with a lot more downside than upside potential.

I really like Diz vs Gjonaj, Day vs QP and Caustic vs Bigg K though

It's a throwback match-up kind of like Diz vs Dumb was. The event where Ars v Con and Hollow v Pass basically notched themselves as the top battles in GT history, those two called each other out. They were at the top of their respective lanes in battle rap and it was a match-up that got talked about a lot from the GT crowd. It's got a chance to be a really good battle if Ars can get his head out of his ass and Pass can come at his best.

As far a hypothetical between lux vs jc, I think it's fair to say that now since lux has been more active we can safely conclude that he has a bit of a weakness and that is he can be a little too complex lose the crowd and get out performed. I mean we standing here saying lux beat clips right after watching a entire room chant "3-0!!" For clips lol. In fairness lux has been out Performed in every battle besides calicoe and even in that battle he was out performed in the 1st rd.

Which goes to jc, who has the exact same weakness lol. He has this tendency to get out performed but unlike lux he can't get the legendary I'm from the old smack era pass that lux gets.

So it would come down to lyricism and lux would get him, but jc is a any given Sunday kinda battle rapper , and if can string along some of those haymakers he could take lux. Especially if it's not in a ny, crowd who I can now crown the worst crowd in battle rap.

So gun to my head I take lux simply on the lyricism but if Julian pulled if off I wouldn't be surprised.

I think chilla would have a better shot at beating lux and I still think verb could pull it off too.

I would like to see Verb vs. Lux only to show how overrated Verb is. Their pens are on complete different levels. He really been on a campaign but he hasn't won a battle convincingly in a long time. And his lyricism is not what it used to be at all.

If Lux lost to Ah Di Boom we'd be destroying him. Somehow Verb does a couple of funny interviews and it's forgotten.

daylyt is kind of like trump of battle rap in that in politics trump is so over the top everyone knows hes full of shyt but in reality allt he politicians are full of shyt but the other ones just put on a layer of phoniness, but i dont condone none of the bs day does, and DNA I agree is mad corny but its no less corny to me when K shine does a gimmick just cause he is more street, thats basically all Im saying, we need to be consistent and not play favorites, i like performance but not all this extra shyt.
