Ave ain't beatin t-top....i like what ave did vs Mike p, but let him continue getting his name up...he got dope bars, but I dont see nothin else besides that. Not that t-top is the top of food chain, but he got waaaay more in his skill set to have an easy night vs Ave.

At this point, I don't think I'll ever put a dime down on any PG. Not saying I don't think some of these nikkas are nice with it, just that the URL stage is diverging from the rest of battlerap enough such that only some skills translate.

It seems like there's a void for a league that makes the pit or small-stage style rap profitable and exclusive (meaning they don't rely on URL artist appearances to validate the card). A lot of attempts have been made but the business side never seems solid. Seems like that type of thing would have to rely heavily on digital content to make the money. That, or have crazy expensive tickets for the limited seats. Maybe Jonathan Jonathan the Donathan will figure it out?

Yea, I had a random thought about this the other day. Anybody remember the old WWF show Shotgun Saturday Night? The first episode, they set up a wrestling ring inside Penn Station. The atmosphere was dope as fukk. A battle rap league should do the same sh1t.
