Roc has never had a chance against Hollow..amazing he has got to this level imo

Surf (easily) n Cal beat him
Lost to Shine
Lost to Clips twice

He's very consistent though, his Arsonal battle was crazy. He's gonna have to be on bully mode against Hollow to make it a contest...

and why are we not getting real grudge matches?

Shine v Roc rematch should have happened ages ago

Hollow didn't clearly beat Pat Stay on KOTD, so I can't really get all that worked up about this. Roc's forte has never been outsmarting his opponents. If Roc actually has one good angle for Hollow, he probably wins clearly in the eyes of the URL audience.
I thought Hollow clearly won. He wasn't incredible all three, but decent. Pat was pretty bad. It was clear though that Hollow didn't exactly have his usual strong angle.

I can't argue about what can happen in the eyes of a URL crowd. But you all know by now that Roc's super high status lost me from the jump.

The fact that Pat Stay got at least the third on Hollow does make the win a bit shaky. I think Tay Roc's strength is that he can focus on his 2nds and 3rds more than most. And make the punches land. The problem is Hollow can rebuttal at the drop of a hat. Go in and out of freestyles and writtens smoothly without trying. Roc just needs to customized his bars, like he did with Charron, for Hollow right and he could win; the Charron battle is still debatable to me but he at least got a round or maybe edged one other. Hollow has way more experience going into different bags which will be tough for Roc.

Lol roc was probably rewatching Hollow's 1st round breakdown of Charlie like :lupe: right before he tweeted that

9 mins of gun bars aint gonna cut it against the Don. What happens to a pony when that one trick doesnt work anymore? :wow:
A one trick pony or a one round pony?

Hollow doesn't give much reason to have faith in him either. If Roc has a very good first it could get ugly for Hollow, since we know he'll go downhill from there.

Roc just needs to gun but Hollow to death and be entertaining. Just keep doing what got him where he's at.

Agree with this. Roc's best bet is to not try to be clever in any way at all. Just his straight forward style with that usual yelling and shyt that gets people excited. Even then, if Hollow has the right angle and momentum, he can fukk around and win 1-2.

Would Roc have a better chance going first or second? I tend to think first. He'll at least be able to get one clean round without the knowledge of whatever angle or exposal Hollow delivers. After he did that shyt he did to Clips, nobody looked at dude the same starting immediately.

What other battle other than Clips did Hollow fall off after Rd. 1? Lux, he came with it all 3 rounds. Surf, his best was his 3rd. Goodz, his best was his 2nd. Didnt watch the Pat Stay battle ill admit
