NJT's material doesn't age well, which is probably why he doesn't have a million view battle yet. I don't wanna hear about this being the PPV era either, a "big" star should be able to get a million.

You’ve seen Hollow’s stuff over the last few years though, he’s in that same mental space, and was never as hot headed as Cal in the first place. Knowing who the spit was meant for normally won’t stop anyone from reacting crazy to it though lol, Cal showed an unbelievable amount of restraint.

Usually when material ages bad it’s because it’s too basic and sounds outdated shortly after. Twork kinda has the opposite appeal to me.

I've listened to JC vs Twork at least 15 times already. The material from both of those guys holds up pretty well. Twork pulled a vet move and put his least prepared round first. I'd have to assume it will be that way from now on. Whatever verse Twork prepared on the way to the venue, he should say that one first, because he can take over the crowd whenever.
I think Twork was watching Mike P vs Tink Da Demon when he made his first for JC, but anyway......
For someone like O-Red, the sloppy round has to be placed second. He has to get out in front of his opponent.

I think his material is good enough to warrant a @ReasonableMatic bar breakdown with gifs and such lol. As far as TBZ goes, that's like a gold star for wordplay.

This is subjective.
He should have more views if this were the case.
I don't think his material is complex, but he has a creative way of getting straight to the point if that makes sense. I'm sure someone will rebuttal that and say "well that is complex," but NJT hasn't said anything that takes multiple watches to "get."
However, my ears are so trained when it comes to battle rap that maybe his material is viewed as complex.
