I hope Charlie Klumps takes a couple months off to get himself together. Late 2017 I thought he was coming back to battling to prove a point, but now I have zero faith that battle rap is a priority for him.
If clips HAS to battle, id rather see him try to fight against that Cali fight/slippers angle Math is gonna hit him with, than trade C+ bars with Calicoe all night
L.A. GEAR SENDS UP NEW FLAK IN SHOE WARSThey said “Charlie coming to fight!”… I would think he would needa
As much flack (FLAK) as he got for not being in LA with them sneakers:walldo:
I'm good on vets vs vets at this point. It always feels like it's more likely to be a let down. vets vs new nikkas/new top tier and of course new guys vs new guys is the wave.
And on another note, is Nitty top tier now? Look at his resume, his overall ability as a battler, and his performance. That and the fact that everyone wants to battle him now, I'm starting to think he might be.
Scratch that. I think it’s SugeI think it might be Geechi vs Math. Geechi said he asked for a Math problem, but got Tech 9.
I view Nitty as a lower top tier guy. He lacks in the views department for me to really consider him more than a lower top tier guy. One could argue that the PPV era has hurt views, which is fair. However, *surf voice* the hitmans, the surfs, and the cons will get major views despite that.
To me, a true top tier guy gets a lot of views, and the outcome of his battles don’t matter.
If Rum Nitty were to go around and takes losses like these top tier vets, he’s going right back to mid tier.
But it definitely stands out when they do have the main stage events and you dont look the same, people still gonna notice the differenceSmack doing PPV means you don't have to be a big stage guy to maintain top tier status.

So being put on every card means top tier?Hardcore fans will notice the difference. But if Rum Nitty is on six PPV URL cards in a year, then he's top tier imo. How many events do they have that Nitty ISN'T a part of? They call his name when it's time to get money. Who has been on more URL ppv's than Nitty?
Summer Madness 6 PPV
Traffic 3 PPV
Smack Volume 1 PPV
Smack Volume 2 PPV (Nitty was supposed to get K-Shine)
NOME 8 PPV
Initiation PPV

Ain't nothing else moving in battle rap. KOTD is struggling, UDUBB is wherever they are at. And once again RBE is trying to finagle a card full of wonky match-ups. I do like RBE, but Nitty isn't missing out on anything by not being on their platform.
