Out of all the rappers coming back to the Battlerap game, Mickey Factz showed it the most respect
Promoted every battle (interviews, musicvideos, social media)
Never asked for crazy number (even lowballed leagues for the love)
Took criticism with grace and used it to get better (Danja Zone battle)
Admitted he lost (Danja Zone battle)
Always gave a 100 percent.
Respected the craft and showed love to the culture at all times
nikkas gotta put respect on his name
You know how I feel about Loso. I think he’s awful, but the URL acquired him because of the fans. They are really just giving the people want they want. They really made compromises in their pg system because the people were pushing for guys like BDOT & Loso.
Watched Bodied last night and thought it was pretty bad frankly.

The visual effects were cool and I enjoyed the battle rap cameos but it was mostly cliche predictable BS. A few of the jokes were funny & battle scenes were on point but I was mostly annoyed watching it. They hit us over the head with the social justice/ racial dynamic stuff - it gets tired after a while. The dialogue was way too stiff and felt forced. Lead character and his girlfriend were kinda annoying. The spontaneous tag team battle towards the end was a completely unrealistic joke of a scene. So was the grand finale with Dizaster punching dude and then dapping him up. Like at least make things somewhat plausible and gritty.
I wanted to love this move and ended up not particularly liking it. Idea was good but the execution left a lot to be desired.

Say what yall want but man they let cacs completely shyt on everyone else in that movie
And that phone mixup with his girl and charlamagne was some of the laziest shyt i've seen in terms of humor/conflict

On some charlie murphy "i challenge you to a duel" type shyt
Woulda been better off goin the 8 mile route and havin Diz lump somebody up and they battle later, white kid battled 3 times in 20 minutes, one of em a impromptu 2v2 battle off the top of the dome, i could see if they took turns freestylin but these nikkas was finishin each others bars amd performin stuff like they practiced it
I feel like Diz would do some shyt like this for real if we being honest.

KOTD definitely heading the same direction as GrindTime.
Ever since Nikiya left with the bag after Iron Solomon disrespected his family they been struggling the hardest.
Diz being of the faces of KOTD leaving and ranting that public did a lotta damage on top of that.
Head Ice who’s their champion losing on other leagues ain’t help either.

Yep, I was gonna post this rant CAPS had and he is right.
I think with RBE...ARP and Shotta are only gonna do so much to help KOTD because they still have to focus on their brand in battle rap.
If anything, I hope KOTD figured not having certain people on this DECADE card is a bad look. I know CAPS was like bring back someone like Jin but to be real, they just need some of their heavy hitters that they used to have around.

I tuned Drugz out based on the way he came into the game
He hasnt done anything "must see" yet so I cant call his rebrand that
