KOTD’s cards don’t really cater to the urban crowd anyway.

I’m looking at the responses and wondering what do y’all really expect from a KOTD card? This is just like any of there other cards.

I’m curious about y’all thoughts on RBE this year. I personally prefer when they throw multiple events, as opposed to the 3 events they had this year.

If RBE falls in love with this big event shyt they wont last long

1. It's too dependent on having a big name (who could realistically be booked by URL whenever they really wanted to) and hoping they do somewhat decent
2.You're basically giving URL the chance to fix their relationship with all of the guys who were usually on RBE cards...but cant make the cut now for these megacards, lowkey giving URL waaaay more events to flood the year with
3. A huge chunk of those fans/ppv's are not die hard RBE fans, a couple shaky events and those views gonna vanish

honestly i only liked their cards overall when they had a mix of "smack" rappers on them. not to mention even their mainstay top guys like diz and pat arent really fukking with them anymore. mass 4, ganik vs gully and now this been a clear step down imo

I said it before...when they fell out with Diz, it seemed like it set them back. Notice how after that Diz vs Oxxy battle...Diz dropped those blogs about them and they havent been the same ever since. They brought back Nems and had a dope event with the Blackout Edition of Mass and GvsG 2 was cool but they didnt level up or go beyond that this year. And Organik, Bishop, and Gully are quiet about it.

Best part of the movie was Hollow and Lux doing a 2 on 2. A league would go broke setting that up but it would probably be the GOAT battle

I had to cut it off when dude was doing B-Rabbit's 3rd round for the last battle.


Not gonna lie either, that round about dude's daughter had me feeling some type of way. Aint no more battle after that dog, just a charge.


The movie itself was just far too obvious, ham-fisted, cliche-ridden, self-aware....whatever you want to call it. It swore it was clever when it was far from it.


......I guess it's a good look for battle rap visibility but....whatever.

It's not unrealistic to expect an anniversary card to seem like a major event at all that's literally what the majority of companies try to do in entertainment on anniversaries

Card should be all of the biggest names that battle on KOTD, i didnt follow the situation they had with Diz so i cant say who would realistically work with them again
